Flo-Meter™ - Waukee Flow Meter

The Waukee Flo-Meter™ is a precision instrument. Its machined aluminum structure assures reliable performance and long service life. The patented float rod assembly is the meter’s only moving part. Each Flo-Meter is calibrated to VDE/VDI 3513 of reading in Waukee’s ISO/IEC17025:2005 accredited laboratory.

  • Accurate Flow Measurement
  • Visual Indication of Flow
  • Low Maintenance

ACCURACY
The accuracy of the Waukee Flo-Meter™ is built-in by the individual calibration of each meter for the specific gas, pressure, temperature and rate of flow required. Every Waukee Flo-Meter is calibrated to within +/- 3.50% of actual flow reading.

CALIBRATION (N.I.S.T. Traceability)
Upon request, a 3pt, 8pt, or 13pt Calibration Curve can be provided with a Waukee Flo-Meter™ that is traceable to the National Industry of Standards and Technology. For Details Contact Us here.

Flo-Tronic Plus™ - Waukee Flow Meter

The Flo-Tronic Plus™™ is based on a standard Flo-Meter™™ with or without a manual flow control valve. It provides visual flow rate indication as required by NFPA as well as an analog output in direct relation to the flow rate.

The Waukee new magnetic flow sensing technology is immune to problems associated with dirty oil. Ideal for customers who need to data log flow rates for compliance to NADCAP, AMS 2750D, or CQI 9.
Compatibility:
  • All gas types and mixtures
  • Liquids including: water, alcohol, and methanol
  • If you are unsure of the gas or liquid compatibility of your application, please Contact us

SAV Plus™ - Waukee Control Valve

The SAV Plus™ is a heavy-duty position control valve that maintains a valve’s position based on a desired % output set point. It is designed to work in applications where the control of a process variable (PV) is accomplished using an independent sensor. Perfect for controlling Dew-point, Carbon Potential, etc.

The SAV Plus™ incorporates a standard Waukee Flo-Meter™ scaled to the application requirements and an electronic control valve that modulates flow based on an external signal from a control system. The external signal can be 4-20mA or may be delivered using digital communications.

      Applications:

      • Annealing
      • Sintering
      • Neutral Hardening
      • Carburizing
      • Additive gas or air for endothermic generators
      • Nitriding and much more
