Returns Policy

Return Merchandise Authorization request forms are required for Returns and can be downloaded in the 'Resources' page on our site.

Send this form to carremm@carremmcontrols.com to request an authorization number to return materials to Carremm Controls for credit or evaluation. Your request will be reviewed and you will be provided with a RMA number and RMA packing slip.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3535 Laird Road, Unit 17 & 18, Mississauga, Ontario CA L5L 5Y7, along with proof of purchase and RMA packing slip

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the return parcel's shipping costs are Prepaid. Carremm Controls will not be responsible for any freight charges that may incur.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

The RMA packing slip and and the RMA request form must be included with the product in the return shipment. Units that are received without a RMA packing slip will not be evaluated until Return Merchandise Authorization is issued by Carremm Controls. 

Units are expected to be received at our warehouse within 30 days of Return Authorization being issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any physical damage to products will automatically void the warranty.

There may be a 25% Restocking fee of the total if product is not in reasonable condition.

Returns are always subject to the warranty of the individual product

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and original Personal Order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We will send you an email if we require more additional information to evaluate the returned unit, or to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund 

Only regularly stocked and priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at carremm@carremmcontrols.com and await further instruction.
