Industrial Probe set 1200 °C (0600 7610)


     Product Description

The industrial probe set 1 200 °C can be used in combination with the flue gas analyzers testo 340 and testo 350. It is suitable for the extractive sampling of flue gas analyzed at high flue gas temperatures of up to 1 200 °C and for applications involving large flue gas pipe diameters.

The unheated sampling tube can be extended up to 3 m using optional extension tubes. The thermocouple (2.2m) can be added as an accessory to enable you to carry out simultaneous temperature measurement with a 2m long probe. An optional preliminary filter makes it possible to measure flue gas with a high dust load.

Applications

You can use the industrial probe set 1 200 °C – in conjunction with the appropriate measuring instrument – for the following applications:

  • Measuring the furnace atmosphere
  • Emissions measurement for efficiency monitoring / commissioning industrial plants
  • Emissions measurements for the prior checking of limit values
  • Emissions measurements for checking flue gas cleaning systems
  • Emissions measurement to monitor prescribed limit values

    • Temperature measurements at sampling sites involving large diameters (> 1 m)
    • Easy to fit the thermocouple on the industrial probe set 1200 °C and the heated industrial probe set
    • You can use the industrial probe preliminary filter for measurements involving flue gas with a high dust load.

    Industrial Probe Preliminary Filter (0600 7616)

    • Prevents the probe shaft and sampling hose from becoming clogged with dust

    • For measurements in dust-laden flue gas

    • Operating temperature up to 1000 °C

    • Diameter: 30 mm, length: 110 mm

    You can use the industrial probe preliminary filter for measurements involving flue gas with a high dust load.

    Extension Tube 1200 °C (0600 7617)

     

    • Can be extended to a total length of 3 m

    • Measurements in applications involving flue gas temperatures of up to 1200 °C

    • Can be directly adapted to the industrial probe set 1200 °C and the heated industrial probe set

    • Can be used in combination with the optional preliminary filter (for dust-laden flue gas)

    For larger flue gas ducts, you can use the extension tube to adapt your industrial probe to the size of the flue gas duct.

    Heated Industrial Probe Set (0600 7630)

    • A high degree of measuring accuracy, even if the flue gas contains high concentrations of NO2 or SO2

    • Measurements in applications with flue gas temperatures of up to 600 °C

    • Short time needed to set up the heated industrial probe (ready for operation in 20 minutes maximum)

    • Very easy to handle

    A heated sampling system is necessary when the situation requires maximum measuring accuracy, for instance (e.g. if there are high concentrations of NO2 or SO2 in the flue gas). For circumstances such as these, we offer our heated industrial probe set.

    The flue gas probe from Testo makes it possible to carry out efficient flue gas measurements on industrial engines. In the case of diesel engines, the permanently welded-on preliminary filter provides protection from diesel particulates. It can be used at flue gas temperatures of up to 1,000 °C
